Winnerman (Engineering and Construction) was formed in 1999 and is a wholly owned Zimbabwean company, fully licensed, insured Contractor. We are fully registered as a CIFOZ Category A - Specialist Structural Steel Fabrication Contractor through our Engineering Division (Winnerman Engineering) and as a CIFOZ Category A - General Buildings & Civil Contractor through our Construction Division (Winnercon). Our capabilities include all aspects of General Contract and Construction management and execution. In the performance of contracts Winnerman provides engineers, licensed general contractors, electricians, construction managers, business professionals, and skilled tradesmen, experienced in each area of construction and design that will be required for success within the scope of work typically presented by the contracts we are awarded. John Chingonzoh is the founder and CEO of the Winnerman Group. He is an entrepreneur who has performed at every level, from working in the field, to managing all of the business’ contracts and functions. He has received the following awards; 1. Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC) - Businessman of the Year (2014)- 1st Runner-up 2. Zimbabwe Institute of Management (ZIM) - Manager of the Year.
